Project Management

With over seven years of project management experience, you can ask me to help manage or oversee your tech project(s).

When clients ask for project management help I typically define scope, create tasks, validate deliverables, select systems, and report on progress. I can also help develop the idea, assemble teams, set budgets, or hold people accountable for the value they were hired to bring.

NOTE: full-time project management is a time-intensive task and something I do not offer; the projects I help manage to require between 2-20 hours a month. For larger projects, I can supplement your existing manager's effort, not replace them.
