Accounts

Text Messaging Terms (SMS)

These terms apply to the Techtegrity Alerts messaging program.

  • How you opt in. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our registration form, our contact form, or the notification preferences page in your account, and by providing your mobile number. The box is never pre-checked, and consent is not a condition of any purchase.
  • What we send. Account alerts, appointment reminders and confirmations, replies to inquiries you send us, and — only if you select that category — occasional service updates.
  • Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the categories you select.
  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Techtegrity does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier may.
  • How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop all further messages, or turn SMS off in your notification preferences. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages.
  • How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at the phone number or email address listed on this site.
  • Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
  • Privacy. Mobile numbers and SMS consent data are never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to, and will not assist others to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or related systems.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality are owned by the site owner and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause or notice.

Disclaimers
